What is this website for?

This is a personal website owned and operated by me, Zachary Alces Berlstein. The purpose of it is to provide an easy access way for people to find information about me for whatever reason. Namely, for jobs and background checks.

Why is the website so bland?

The reason for the simplicity of the website is for ease of use and easy of loading. The website is primarily text based and doesn't need anything fancy. Simple HTML and CSS are more than enough to provide to you the information necessary. In doing so the website will load very quickly and will be compatible with older systems. The color choice of dark grey, and white font are to lessen strain on the eyes. An all white webpage with black text both looks bad, and hurts to look at.

What information is on this website?

In the top left corner you'll find my name and contact information. In the top right you'll find various pages labeled: About, Jobs, Skills, Education, and Personal.
Under "About" you'll find the page you're currently viewing. This is where information about the website itself is located.
Under "Jobs", you'll find information on the jobs I've held previously. It is much like a LinkedIn page.
Under "Skills" you can find various skills I've aquired both Technical and Hobbyist.
Under "Education" you'll find the school's I've gone to and the degrees I have.
Under "Personal" you'll be able to see the hobbies I have.
